Objective To observe the effect of pressure breathing on blood pressure under different clothing pressure and residual pressure ratio and different capsule coverage under the condition of wearing protective equipment. For oxygen protection equipment identification and pressure breathing training to provide physiological indicators for reference. Methods Six male volunteers aged 18 to 20 years old were enrolled in this study. They were wearing DKT cystic compensatory anti-air ventilation integrated protective clothing with capsule coverage area of 45%, 65% and 90%, respectively. The residual pressure values were 30, , 70 mm Hg inhalation of pure oxygen pressurized breathing. The pressure time of each residual pressure value is 3 min, the interval is 10 min, and the ratio of pressure and pressure is 4: 1, 3: 1, 2: 1. Each subject completed three kinds of capsule equipment, three residual pressure values, three kinds of pressure than the pressure of breathing. Results The mean arterial pressure increased significantly after the compression compared with that before the test. However, there was no significant difference in the mean arterial pressure within 3 min after pressurized breathing (P <0.05). The mean arterial pressure was significantly increased with increasing pressure (P <0.05). The greater the pressure ratio, the more obvious the increase. Mean arterial pressure increased gradually with the increase of capsule coverage or the ratio of clothing pressure and residual pressure. However, there was no significant difference in mean arterial pressure between 45% capsule coverage area and 2: 1 pressure ratio group. Conclusions Mean arterial pressure can be used as a good measure of body compensatory capacity in assessing CPB status.
