目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法将120例糖尿病患者分为单纯糖尿病组(DM组35例),早期糖尿病肾病组(DN1组41例),临床糖尿病肾病组(DN2组44例),另选健康体检者30例作为对照(对照组)。采用ELISA法分别测定各组患者血清Hcy、MMP-9、IL-6及TNF-α水平。结果糖尿病肾病患者血清中Hcy、MMP-9、IL-6及TNF-α水平高于对照组及DM组,DN2组血清中Hcy、MMP-9、IL-6及TNF-α水平高于DN1组,组间比较差异均有显著性(均P<0.05)。结论 Hcy、MMP-9、IL-6及TNF-α可能是糖尿病肾病发病机制中的炎症介质,在其发生发展过程中起重要作用。检测Hcy、MMP-9、IL-6及TNF-α有助于DN患者病情的判断。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine (Hcy), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF- α) in patients with diabetic nephropathy Clinical significance. Methods One hundred and twenty diabetic patients were divided into two groups: 35 cases in DM group, 41 cases in DN1 group, 44 cases in DN2 group and 30 cases in DN group as control group Control group). Serum levels of Hcy, MMP-9, IL-6 and TNF-α were measured by ELISA. Results Serum levels of Hcy, MMP-9, IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher than those in control and DM groups. The levels of Hcy, MMP-9, IL-6 and TNF- , There was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05). Conclusion Hcy, MMP-9, IL-6 and TNF-α may play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. Detection of Hcy, MMP-9, IL-6 and TNF-α contribute to the judgment of DN patients.
