目的 :观察实验性糖尿病大鼠腹腔内移植海藻酸钠微囊化成猪胰岛治疗效果.方法 :以海藻酸钠一多聚赖氨酸作为制备微囊的材料 ,将 18只糖尿病大鼠随机分为 3组 :对照组、未微囊化胰岛移植组、微囊化胰岛移植 ,分别进行腹腔内胰岛移植.结果 :移植前 3组血糖水平无显著差异 ,移植后 7d时 ,3组血糖分别为 2 2 6 7± 1 15mmol/L ,18 5 8± 2 6 2mmol/L和13 5 7± 1 88mmol/L ,微囊化胰岛移植组与前 2组相比均有显著差异 ,且生存期明显长于前 2组.结论 :海藻酸钠微囊化成猪胰岛可存活于糖尿病大鼠体内 ,并且具有有效生物活性.“,”Objective:To observe the effect of intraperitoneal of microen capsulated adult islets with alginate into experimental diabetic rats.Methods:They microencapsulated were made with alginate as immunoisotion membrane.18 diabetic rats induced by streptozocin were separated into three groups:contral group,unencapsulated islets transplantation group and encapsulated islets trans plantation group.Results:There was no significant differen in the mean level of the blood glucose before transplantation among the 3 groups.On the 7th after transplantion,the mean levels of the blood glucose in the 3 groups were 22 67±1 15mmol/L,18 58±2 68mmol/L,and 12 27±1 36mmol/L respectively.There is a significant difference between encapsulated islets transp lantation group and the other two groups(P<0 01,P<0 05 respectively).Conclusion:Microencasulated adult pig islets with alginate may survive in diabetic rats with their biological activity.
