为了克服酸液体系中聚合物对地层的伤害,国外研制并成功应用了粘弹性表面活性剂(VES)转向酸。VES转向酸具有易配制、无伤害的优点。实验表明,VES转向酸具有很好的流变性、破胶性、控滤失和转向能力。它是利用酸液反应过程中pH值变化控制酸液的粘度,从而达到转向的目的。最近实验发现三价铁离子会削弱VES转向酸的转向能力;提出了几种新型控滤失技术来解决VES酸液的滤失问题。
In order to overcome the acid-based polymer damage to the formation, developed and successfully applied viscoelastic surfactant (VES) to acid. VES to acid is easy to formulate and has no harm. Experiments show that, VES to acid has good rheology, gel breaking, control loss and steering ability. It is the use of acid in the reaction of pH changes in the control of acid viscosity, so as to achieve the purpose of steering. Recent experiments found that ferric ion would weaken the diverting ability of VES to acid and proposed several new methods to control the loss of VES acid solution.
