敦化市是吉林省重要的商品粮生产基地市,粮食增产对于吉林省粮食安全具有重要意义。如何通过强化生物技术与工程技术的结合来增强农业的抗灾避灾能力,促进农业增效、农民增收,是敦化市需要重点解决的问题。旱作农业区通过实现保护性耕作,可改善土壤理化性能,防止土壤风蚀水蚀,培肥地力以及蓄水保墒提高抗旱能力。1可行性保护性耕作是对农田实行免耕、少耕,秸秆覆盖,尽可能减少土壤耕作,减少土壤风蚀、水蚀,提高土壤肥力和抗旱能力的一项先进农业耕作技术。保护性耕作实施,一是深松,深松深度可达25cm以上,能够打破犁地层,提高土壤的透水性和透气性,有利于作物根系发育。
