从理论上讲,马克思主义政党是在人民群众充分信任下执政的,而且执政以后,党联系群众的面更宽了,条件更好了,党群关系理应更加密切。但事实表明,党在改革开放和长期执政条件下,脱离群众的危险比未执政前大大增加了,并将始终贯穿党执政的全过程。马克思主义的理论逻辑和社会主义发展的历史逻辑都告诉我们,执政党脱离群众造成的后果极其严重。 Theoretically, the Marxist political party is in power under the full confidence of the masses of the people. After its administration, the party has become broader and more qualified to contact the masses and the party-masses relations should be closer. However, facts show that under the conditions of reform and opening up and long-term ruling conditions, the party’s danger of escaping the masses has risen greatly from that before its administration and will always run through the entire process of the party’s administration.
