自1995年团中央、国家经贸委、劳动部联合号召在全国企业青工中开展“争创青年文明号、争当青年岗位能手”(简称“双争”)的活动以来,各行各业,各条战线上的企业青工闻风而动,雷厉风行,掀起了一个又一个学业务、练技术、增强职业本领的热潮。这标志着一项与企业改革相配套的重要的基础工程正在加快兴建,也标志着共青团工作正以新的方式切入企业的生产经营。时代的召唤与实践锻炼,必将进一步提高企业青工的素质,造就出一代跨世纪的合格劳动大军,从而有效地肩负起实现跨世纪的奋斗目标的历史重任。
Since the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Labor jointly called for the launching of the campaign of “striving for a youth civilization and striving for a youth post” (“dispute”) among all the nation’s youth workers in 1995, Young workers on the front of the enterprise are well-versed and vigorous, setting off one after another business, training skills and enhance professional skills boom. This marks an acceleration of construction of an important infrastructure project that is in line with the reform of the enterprise. It also marks that the work of the Communist Youth League is being cut into the production and operation of enterprises in a new way. The call of the times and practical exercise will surely further enhance the quality of young workers in enterprises and create a generation of qualified labor forces of a cross-century era, so as to effectively shoulder the historical responsibility of achieving the goal of cross-century work effectively.
