由于小麦品种数量繁多,性状复杂,因此小麦品种真实性检索和纯度测定是一个非常复杂而困难,目前尚待解决的问题。为了把电子计算技术引入这方面应用而解决这一困难,我们从一九八四年五月开始,对全国和浙江省的145个小麦品种的穗部、籽粒、幼苗和生化性状,包括芒的有无、芒长、芒形、芒色、穗形、稃色、颖咀长度、粒形、粒色、茸毛长度、腹沟形状、胚乳粉角质、芽鞘颜色、石碳酸染成颜色、蛋白质和酯酶谱带类型等16个性状进行了考查和测定。根据其遗传的稳定性和肉眼容易鉴别为标准,对这些性状进行描述和分类。按电子计算机语言的要求,编成《小麦品种穗部、籽粒等性状表》,每个品种编号,品
Due to the large number of wheat varieties and complex traits, the retrieval and purity determination of wheat varieties is a very complicated and difficult problem that remains to be solved. In order to solve this problem by introducing electronic computing technology into this aspect, we started from May 1984 on the ear, grain, seedling and biochemical traits of 145 wheat cultivars in China and Zhejiang Province, Presence or absence, Miscanthus, Monochamus, Monoceros, Spike, Agave, Yingzui Length, Grain shape, Grain color, Velvet length, Abdomen shape, Endosperm powdery mildew, Coleus color, Carbonic acid stained color, Protein And esterase band types and other 16 traits were examined and measured.
