目的研究表皮生长因子(EGF)在翼状胬肉发生发展中的作用。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测60例单眼不同时期翼状胬肉患者患眼与对侧健康眼泪液中EGF的含量,并进行统计学分析。结果静止期翼状胬肉患眼组泪液中EGF的含量与对照组的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);进行期翼状胬肉患眼组泪液中EGF的含量与对照组的差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);进行期翼状胬肉组泪液中EGF的含量与静止期翼状胬肉组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉的发展可能与泪液中的EGF水平有关。
Objective To study the role of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in the development of pterygium. Methods The levels of EGF in 60 patients with pterygium at different stages in patients with pterygium and healthy subjects were measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The levels of EGF were measured and statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the content of EGF between the eyes of patients with pterygium at rest and that of the control group (P> 0.05). There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The content of EGF in the pterygium group was significantly different from that in the pterygium group (P <0.05). Conclusion The development of pterygium may be related to the level of EGF in tear fluid.
