同课异构是近些年我国使用较多的新型校本教研方式,主要是指在同一学科或者统一教学内容的基础上,不统一制定教学方法,而是要求教师充分发挥自身对教学内容的理解,以此来激发教学之间的碰撞,帮助教师成长,尤其对青年教师来说,这种教学模式对自身成长有着重要意义。本文就围绕同课异构教学模式对高中数学青年教师如何进行合理有效数学教学设计进行研究,以此来为各数学教师提供参考。
Heterogeneity in the same class is a new type of school-based teaching and research method that has been used in China in recent years. It mainly refers to the inconsistent formulation of teaching methods based on the same discipline or unified teaching content, but requires teachers to fully use their own understanding of teaching content. In order to stimulate the collision between teaching and help teachers to grow, especially for young teachers, this teaching model has an important significance for their own growth. This article focuses on how to teach mathematics young teachers in high school how to design rational and effective mathematics around the same teaching model, so as to provide reference for mathematics teachers.
