煤粉燃烧器气化小油枪点火技术是一项为节省锅炉耗油量所发展起来的技术。文章通过数值计算,考察了煤粉浓度、煤粉颗粒粒径、热风温度、热风风速及煤种等因素对点火性能的影响。研究结果表明:煤的挥发份含量越高、煤粉浓度越高、煤粉颗粒粒径越小、热风温度越高、热风风速与送煤粉风速配合得越好,则燃烧器点火性能越好。
Pulverized coal burner gasification Small oil gun ignition technology is a technology developed to save boiler fuel consumption. In this paper, the influence of factors such as the concentration of pulverized coal, the particle size of pulverized coal, the temperature of hot air, the velocity of hot air and the type of coal on the ignition performance were investigated. The results show that the higher the volatile content of coal, the higher the concentration of pulverized coal, the smaller the particle size of pulverized coal, the higher the hot air temperature, the better the co-firing of hot air velocity and pulverized coal velocity, the better the ignition performance of the burner .
