颌面表皮样囊肿病例临床较为常见,但绝大多数均为单发,而一次发病在颌面不同部位居两个以上的多发性者,尚为少见。我科于1980年收治到1例,现予报道。患者,男,47岁,农民,住院号33999。患者因右颌下,右颊部无痛性,逐渐增大性新生物,分别为6~13年,于1980年8月28日入院。病史:13年前患者偶尔发现右颌下区皮下有一约蚕豆大小无痛性新生物,后该肿物逐年缓慢增至鸭蛋大小。6年前右颊部皮下又出现一黄豆大小同类新生物,后逐渐增至胡桃大
The case of maxillofacial epidermoid cysts is common in clinics, but the vast majority of them are solitary, and it is uncommon for one episode to have more than two polyps in different parts of the maxillofacial region. Our department was admitted to one case in 1980 and is reported. Patient, male, 47 years old, farmer, hospital number 33999. The patient’s right lower jaw and right cheek were painless and gradually increased the number of new creatures. They were 6 to 13 years old and were admitted to hospital on August 28, 1980. History: Thirteen years ago, the patient occasionally found subcutaneous tissue in the right submandibular area was a new biological organism with a size of fava beans. Afterwards, the mass slowly increased to duck eggs. 6 years ago, a new bean of similar size appeared in the right cheek and gradually increased to Walnut.
