颌面表皮样囊肿病例临床较为常见,但绝大多数均为单发,而一次发病在颌面不同部位居两个以上的多发性者,尚为少见。我科于1980年收治到1例,现予报道。患者,男,47岁,农民,住院号33999。患者因右颌下,右颊部无痛性,逐渐增大性新生物,分别为6～13年,于1980年8月28日入院。病史:13年前患者偶尔发现右颌下区皮下有一约蚕豆大小无痛性新生物,后该肿物逐年缓慢增至鸭蛋大小。6年前右颊部皮下又出现一黄豆大小同类新生物,后逐渐增至胡桃大 The case of maxillofacial epidermoid cysts is common in clinics, but the vast majority of them are solitary, and it is uncommon for one episode to have more than two polyps in different parts of the maxillofacial region.
