目前,中职的旅游管理专业逐渐成为社会热门专业,并源源不断的向社会输出旅游管理人才,在我国旅游管理业的发展过程中发挥了重要的作用。但是,中职旅游管理专业的学生需要经常通过参加社会实践来增强自己的实战能力,并且又要兼顾学校的专业课程学习,故而会在工学交替中出现很多的矛盾。在这样的背景下,本文将在分析中职旅游管理专业工学交替中存在的问题基础上,进一步阐述工学交替教学模式的构建方法,以期能够为该专业教育质量和教育水平的提高提供一定的指导和借鉴性作用。
At present, the tourism management specialty of secondary vocational education has gradually become a hot topic in the society and a steady stream of tourism management talents has been exported to the society. It has played an important role in the development of the tourism management industry in our country. However, secondary vocational students in travel management programs often need to participate in social practice to enhance their actual combat ability, and they must also take into account the professional courses of the school. Therefore, there will be many contradictions in the alternation of work and study. Under this background, based on the analysis of problems existing in the alternation of secondary industry and tourism management, this paper further elaborates the construction method of alternative teaching mode in order to provide guidance for the improvement of education quality and education level. And use for reference.
