目的:研究开郁清热方对自发2型糖尿病大鼠(OLETF大鼠)腹腔脂肪组织SREBP-1c、FAS蛋白及mRNA表达的影响。方法:将成模OLETF大鼠随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、开郁清热方组,以LETO大鼠为空白对照组。采用免第疫组化、RT-PCR法检测腹腔脂肪组织SREBP-1c、FAS蛋白及mRNA的表达。结果:开郁清热方组的脂肪组织SREBP-1c、FAS蛋白及mRNA表达水平较模型组明显减低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:开郁清热方具有降低自发2型糖尿病大鼠脂肪组织SREBP-1c、FAS蛋白及mRNA表达的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Kaiyuqingrefang on the expression of SREBP-1c and FAS protein in peritoneal adipose tissue of spontaneously diabetic rats (OLETF). Methods: OLETF rats were randomly divided into model group, metformin group, Kaiyuqingreifang group, LETO rats as blank control group. Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of SREBP-1c, FAS protein and mRNA in peritoneal adipose tissue. Results: The expression of SREBP-1c, FAS protein and mRNA in the adipose tissue of Kaiyuqingrefang group was significantly lower than that of the model group (P <0.01, P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Kaiyuqingrefang can reduce the expression of SREBP-1c, FAS protein and mRNA in adipose tissue of spontaneously type 2 diabetic rats.
