由于预应力混凝土技术可以提高结构构件的搞裂性和刚度、减轻结构自重、增加净空等优点,近年来,预应力混凝土技术在房屋建筑工程中得到了越来越广泛的应用,特别是在大开间、大跨度和重荷载的结构中应用较多。随着预应力混凝土技术在房屋建筑工程中的广泛应用,房屋改造项目中出现了一些需对原预应力混凝土楼板进行开洞改造的情况,由于在开洞实施过程中,预应力筋的应力释放与重新张拉均会引起楼板受力的显著变化,同时开洞导致楼板传力路径的变化,因此预应力混凝土楼板的开洞改造施工组织存在着较大的技术难度。现以无锡硕放机场老航站楼改造预应力楼板开洞工程项目为背景,着重介绍本项目施工过程的安全性分析、施工工序合理安排及优化预应力筋放张工艺等技术措施。

Now taking the construction of Wuxi Shuofang airport terminal renovation prefabricated slab hole project as the background, the safety analysis of the construction process of the project, the rational arrangement of the construction process and the optimization of prestressing tendons release technology are introduced.
