为了提高矿用连接环的强度和韧性,对20MnVB钢分别进行了3种热处理,分析研究了不同热处理工艺对钢的组织和性能的影响,结果表明:直接亚温淬火和低温回火的组织为块状铁素体+回火马氏体,与880℃淬火+低温回火相比,在其强度基本不变的基础上,塑性和韧性有所提高;而首先进行950℃预淬火,再进行亚温淬火和低温回火,组织为条状铁素体+回火马氏体,其强度、塑性和韧性同时得以提高。
In order to improve the strength and toughness of the ring, three kinds of heat treatment were carried out respectively on 20MnVB steel. The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of the steel were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of direct sub-temperature quenching and low temperature tempering are Bulk ferrite + tempered martensite, compared with 880 ℃ quenching + low temperature tempering, in its basic strength unchanged, the plasticity and toughness increased; and first 950 ℃ pre-quenching, and then Sub-temperature quenching and tempering at low temperature, the organization of ferrite + tempered martensite, its strength, ductility and toughness can be improved at the same time.
