对马氏体不锈钢0Cr13Ni5Mo焊接接头经过1000℃油淬后,分别进行了600℃,620℃+600℃,400℃回火。通过显微组织分析、拉伸试验、冲击试验和硬度检测对3种焊接接头的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,3种焊接接头中焊缝组织粗大,硬度最高;焊接接头的韧性低于相应热处理状态下母材的韧性;随着回火温度的降低,韧性下降,强度提高。二次回火比一次回火组织更加细小,强度和韧性更好;620℃+600℃二次回火后焊接接头具有比较理想的综合力学性能。
The martensitic stainless steel 0Cr13Ni5Mo welded joints after oil quenching at 1000 ℃, respectively, were 600 ℃, 620 ℃ +600 ℃, 400 ℃ tempering. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the three kinds of welded joints were studied by means of microstructure analysis, tensile test, impact test and hardness test. The results show that the weld joints in the three kinds of welded joints are coarse and have the highest hardness. The toughness of the welded joints is lower than the toughness of the base material under the corresponding heat treatment. With the decrease of the tempering temperature, the toughness decreases and the strength increases. The secondary tempering is more fine than the primary tempering and has better strength and toughness. The welded joint after the secondary tempering at 620 ℃ and 600 ℃ has the ideal comprehensive mechanical properties.
