为进一步预测和解释建筑行业工人佩戴安全帽的行为意向,干预其佩戴行为,首先以计划行为理论(TPB)为框架,引入行为经验变量,其中包括过去行为和预期后悔2个二级变量;然后提出研究假设,并构建施工作业人员佩戴安全帽行为意向模型。利用结构方程模型(SEM)分析通过问卷调查方式回收的306份有效问卷,验证研究假设。结果表明,行为经验、态度、主观规范和感知行为控制对佩戴行为意向均有显著正向影响;引入的预期后悔变量对行为经验有显著正向影响;行为经验变量对佩戴行为意向的路径系数影响较大。
In order to further predict and explain the behavior intention of workers wearing helmets in the construction industry and to intervene their wearable behavior, we first introduce behaviorally-experienced variables based on the Planned Behavior Theory (TPB), including past behavior and expectation of regretting two second-level variables Put forward the research hypothesis, and construct the intention model of construction workers wearing helmets. 306 valid questionnaires recovered by questionnaire were analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM) to verify the research hypothesis.
