国务院《关于大力发展职业教育的决定》和高教[2006]16号文件《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》中,明确提出进行“校企合作,工学结合”的培养方式是将高技术型的人才应用到行业内恰当的职业之上。本文根据高职高专院校以往的教学经验,在建筑工程技术专业的培养方式上进行了创新,提出了要进行“岗位主导式”的培养形式,也就是在建筑工程技术专业内确定建筑行业市场需要的人才的职业类型特征,将该专业内的主要的教学课程作为研究和培养的重点,设计一个既定的培养目标,以实际行动贯彻落实培养目标,将建筑企业内的职业岗位的评定标准作为职业考核的要求,在这样的基础上实现主导专业的教学绩效评价。
