目的观察奥瑞凝胶的抗炎作用及其对反流性食管炎(RE)模型大鼠白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法以二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、白细胞游走抑制及棉球肉芽肿为炎症指标,观察奥瑞凝胶的抗炎作用;用半幽门结扎加贲门肌切开术复制RE大鼠模型,观察奥瑞凝胶对RE食管黏膜组织中IL-8的影响。结果与模型组比较,奥瑞凝胶高、中、低剂量组能明显抑制耳肿胀(P<0.05)和白细胞游走(P<0.05),肉芽组织含量显著降低(P<0.05);奥瑞凝胶各组组织中IL-8含量明显下降(P<0.05)。结论奥瑞凝胶具有明显的抗炎作用,其作用机制可能与降低食管组织中IL-8的含量有关。
Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Aurora gel and its effect on interleukin-8 (IL-8) in rats with reflux esophagitis (RE). Methods The mouse ear edema, leukocyte migration inhibition and granuloma of cotton ball were used as the indexes of inflammation to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Aurora gel. RE rat model was induced by semi-pyloric ligation and cardiomyotomy, To observe the effect of Aurora gel on IL-8 in RE esophageal mucosa. Results Compared with the model group, Aurora gel could significantly inhibit the ear edema (P <0.05) and leukocyte migration (P <0.05) and the content of granulation tissue significantly decreased (P <0.05) The content of IL-8 in each group of gel decreased obviously (P <0.05). Conclusion Aurora gel has a significant anti-inflammatory effect, and its mechanism may be related to reducing the content of IL-8 in esophageal tissue.
