在新一轮的经济改革发展推动下,对于各个地方政府而言,如何才能够在新的发展环境下力争上游,有效的促进地方企业的快速、健康成长和发展是亟待解决的问题。因此,各个地方政府对于如何有效、合理的管理服务当地企业需要制定全新的方式、方法,探索出适合自身的机制体系和模式,而“网格化”企业管理服务模式,作为一种全新的管理服务模式,虽然起源于其他的领域,但是随着其作用和影响力的不断扩大,慢慢的也渗透到各个地方政府在探究如何做好当地企业管理服务工作的模式中,成为了研究的重点和焦点。在这样的形势背景下,对地方政府如何推行“网格化”企业管理服务模式的研究和探讨有着十分重要的社会意义和现实价值。因此,本文基于前人的研究成果,结合笔者自身的工作经历,以山东省地区为例,就“网格化”企业管理服务模式与作用进行一番探讨,并提出可行性建议或意见。 Under the impetus of a new round of economic reform and development, for all local governments, how to strive for an upper reaches under the new development environment and effectively promote the rapid and healthy growth and development of local enterprises is an urgent issue to be solved.
