介绍了模拟海洋环境的混凝土钢筋导电油漆型外加电流阴极保护系统。该系统选用石墨、黄铜和铅银合金作主阳极,研制的酚醛聚芳烃型、醇酸聚芳烃型和多烃聚芳烃型导电油漆作次阳极,用埋置于混凝土内的长效参比电极监测钢筋电位。在近半年的恒压阴极保护期间,逐日监测了钢筋阴极极化电位,通电三个月后,先后进行了二次去极化试验。测试数据表明,钢筋阴极极化电位及4 h去极化的电位衰退均符合美国NACE的RP 0290—90标准,钢样保护度达96.72%。
This paper introduces the concrete reinforced conductive paint plus current cathodic protection system simulating the marine environment. The system uses graphite, brass and lead-silver alloy as the main anode, developed phenolic polyaromatic, alkyd polyaromatic and polyhydrocarbon polyaromatic conductive paint as the secondary anode, buried in concrete with long-term reference Electrode monitors reinforcement potential. During the nearly six months of constant voltage cathodic protection, the cathodic polarization potential of the steel was monitored daily. After three months of electrification, the second depolarization test was carried out successively. The test data shows that both the cathodic polarization potentials of the steel bars and the depolarization potentials of the 4 h depolarizations comply with the RP 0290-90 standard of NACE of the United States, and the degree of steel sample protection reaches 96.72%.
