目的 研究EGFR、c myc与PCNA在大肠癌中表达的意义及其相关性。 方法 应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测 82例大肠癌组织及 2 0例“正常”粘膜中EGFR、c myc与PCNA的表达。 结果 “正常”粘膜中无EGFR高表达 ,癌组织中EGFR、c myc高表达率分别为 6 3 4%和 46 3% ,癌组织中PCNA LI为78 6 %± 17 1% ,显著高于“正常”粘膜中 2 4 6 %± 10 7%。癌组织中EGFR、C -myc高表达和PCNA LI与大肠癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及Dukes分期相关。癌组织中EGFR、c myc高表达和PCNA LI三者间均存在正相关关系。结论 检测大肠癌组织中EGFR、c myc与PCNA表达对判断大肠癌的生物学行为有一定的价值。大肠癌组织中EGFR、c myc表达增高与其高增殖活性有关。
Objective To investigate the significance of EGFR, c-myc and PCNA expression in colorectal carcinoma and their correlation. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of EGFR, c-myc and PCNA in 82 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 20 cases of “normal” mucosa. Results The high expression of EGFR and c-myc in cancer tissues was 63.4% and 46.3% respectively in the “normal” mucosa, and 78.6% ± 17.1% in the cancerous tissues, which was significantly higher than that of “ Normal ”mucosa 2 4 6% ± 10 7%. The high expression of EGFR, C-myc and PCNA LI in cancerous tissues were correlated with the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage in colorectal cancer. There was a positive correlation between EGFR, c-myc and PCNA in cancer tissues. Conclusion Detecting the expression of EGFR, c-myc and PCNA in colorectal cancer has certain value in judging the biological behavior of colorectal cancer. The expression of EGFR and c myc in colorectal cancer is related to its high proliferative activity.
