本文以问卷调查的方式,研究学生、家长以及老师对区域小班化教育效果的认识及差异。发现,教师认为小班化教学能促进学生个性发展以及促进师生更充分互动,而对于教育公平得到改善的认可度最低,不同年龄段的教师之间的差异非常明显;学生最强烈的感受是老师不再过分关注成绩,在“学校环境”“学校管理”“课堂教学”“师资力量”“校园活动”这五个方面也比非小班化学校满意;家长对于学校的教学效果比较满意。需要注意的是,小班化在小学阶段所取得的效果要超出高年级,说明高学段小班化教学受应试教育的影响比较大。
In this paper, a questionnaire survey is conducted to study the differences and awareness of students, parents and teachers about the effects of small-scale education in the region. It is found that teachers believe that small-class teaching can promote the development of students’ personality and promote more interaction between teachers and students. However, there is the lowest recognition of fairness in education and the difference among teachers of different ages is very obvious. The most intense feeling of students is the teacher No longer pay too much attention to grades and are also more satisfied than non-small-sized schools in five aspects of “school environment”, “school management”, “classroom teaching”, “faculty”, “campus activities” Satisfied with the teaching effectiveness of the school. It should be noted that the effect of small-scale in the primary school stage to go beyond the upper grades, indicating that the high school small-scale teaching by exam-oriented education is relatively large.
