本文扼要地叙述了作者建议的模糊动力分析方法,以及应用于制订城市地震防灾规划的两个简单的例子。一个是地震区城市改建计划的编制,一个是与减轻城市地震灾害有关的应用设施配置方案的选择。模糊动力分析模型定义了一个协调商数以描述系统状态的稳定、适应、协调的情况,以及一个连通关系以反映各状态之间的亲疏、远近、相通的关系。此模型为城市地震防灾的许多问题提供了一个分析模型,两个例子成功地说明了其实用意义。
This article briefly describes the author’s proposed method of fuzzy dynamic analysis, as well as two simple examples applied to the development of urban earthquake disaster preparedness planning. One is the preparation of urban redevelopment plans in the earthquake area and the other is the selection of the configuration options of the applied facilities to mitigate the urban earthquake disaster. The fuzzy dynamic analysis model defines a coordination quotient to describe the stability, adaptation and coordination of the system state, and a connected relationship to reflect the close, close and inter-related relationship among the states. This model provides an analytical model for many problems in urban earthquake disaster prevention. Two examples illustrate its practical significance.
