甜橙贮藏的新窖型——联拱沟窖的建造方法和管理技术

我省是全国柑桔主产区之一,面积和产量居全国首位。在党的十一届三中全会之后,柑桔生产发展很快。为解决柑桔上市集中,造成运输紧张,减少烂果,延长鲜果供应时间,进一步搞好甜橙贮藏保鲜工作就显得特别重要。现在采用的通风贮藏库,贮藏时间较短,果子失重率高;冷藏库库体结构复杂,投资大,需要消耗较多能源,效果也不够理想。南充地窖贮藏保鲜效果虽然良好,但占地面积大,贮藏量小,操作保管不便,排水降温困难。为了解决这个问题,1979年我们与西南农学院李友霖教授合作,根据南充地窖原理,设计创建了甜橙贮藏的新窖型——联拱沟窖。四年来取得了良好的贮藏效果。 Our province is one of the main citrus producing areas in the country, ranking the first in terms of area and output in the country. Although Nanchong cellar storage and preservation effect is good, but covers an area of ​​large, small storage, storage inconvenient operation, drainage cooling difficult. In order to solve this problem, in 1979 we cooperated with Professor Li Youlin from Southwest Agricultural College to design and create a new type of cellar-Liangyougou cellar with sweet orange storage according to the principle of Nanchong cellar. Four years made a good storage effect.
