为了提高快走丝线切割机床的加工精度,最大限度的减小齿轮接触应力,本文建立了齿轮接触问题的有限元模型,并定义了单元属性,划分了网格。通过对接触应力云图和位移云图的分析,得出了如下结论:在齿轮传动中,齿轮对接触应力和位移由于方向不同会发生变化,最大接触应力发生在单齿接触时,位置在节圆附近。在接触问题的数值模型中,界面约束方法、摩擦模型、接触刚度、初始接触条件都是影响计算结果重要因素。
In order to improve the processing precision of the EDM and minimize the contact stress of gear, a finite element model of gear contact problem is established in this paper, and the element properties are defined and the grid is divided. Through the analysis of the contact stress cloud and the displacement cloud graph, the following conclusions are drawn: In the gear transmission, the contact stress and displacement of the gear pair change due to the different directions. The maximum contact stress occurs in the single tooth contact and the position is near the pitch circle . In the numerical model of the contact problem, the interface constraint method, the friction model, the contact stiffness and the initial contact conditions are all important factors that affect the calculation results.
