1996年,菲律宾科学技术部资助一项科研项目,研究皮纳图博火山喷发留下火山渣在混凝土路面砖生产中使用的可行性,并用手动单块砌块成型机进行小试生产,产品在停车场进行试铺试验。由国家公共建设工程与公路部下属的科研与标准局负责,对路面现场监测工作仍在持续进行中。小规模生产混凝土路面地砖存在如何进行质量控制问题。菲律宾目前还没有评估各种类型混凝土路面砖(板)的标准或规程。本文介绍在实验室对用各种骨料与水泥搅拌、成型的混凝土路面砖,进行抗压强度与抗折强度试验的情况,路面砖试件尺寸98mm×198mm,厚度分别为50mm、70mm、90mm和110mm;并分析了路面砖厚度对抗压强度与抗折强度检测值的影响,提出评价不同用途路面砖强度值的方法。

In this paper, the experiments of compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete pavement slabs mixed with various aggregates and cement are introduced in the laboratory. The dimensions of the pavement tiles are 98mm × 198mm, the thickness is 50mm, 70mm, 90mm And 110mm. The influence of the thickness of pavement brick on the compressive strength and flexural strength was analyzed. The method of evaluating the strength value of different pavement bricks was proposed.
