用苜蓿银纹夜蛾核多角体病毒(AcMNPV)和芹菜夜蛾核多角体病毒(SfaMNPV)感染甜菜夜蛾(Laphgma exigua)血细胞系Le-H-HNPU_7,通过光镜和电镜技术证实,该细胞系对这两种NPV都很敏感,病毒在细胞中的发生呈现出典型的NPV病理发展过程。电镜下可以见到受染细胞核中病毒发生基质、病毒粒子和多角体。其病毒形态大小分别是:AcMNPV病毒粒子为27.8±1.83×214.4±33.5nm,多角体为1.82±0.35μm,多角体蛋白质晶格为60.7A;SfaMNPV病毒粒子为38.1±2.09×306±14.5nm,多角体为1.45+0.1μ,多角体蛋白质晶格为70A。
