3月广州二手住宅成交面积升一倍进入3月份,广州二手住宅市场全面升温,成交面积上升一倍。合富置业成交数据显示,二手成交均价突破6000元/m~2,主要是3000~4000元/m~2中低价段成交比例有所减少,而6000~7000元/m~2和8000元/m~2以上中高价段的成交比例出现明显增加,带动整体二手均价走高。由于处于企业招聘旺季,加上有不少应届毕业生投入职场,促使住宅租赁市场需求较大,从而带动住宅租赁市场保持活跃,租金均价保持在30元/m~2/月以上水平。
