目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)与基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在肝细胞癌(HCC)中表达的相关性和临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测47例HCC组织、33例癌旁组织COX-2蛋白和MMP-2蛋白的表达。结果:COX-2蛋白在HCC组织、癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为78.7%,30.3%(P<0.05),COX-2蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化程度、肝硬化、静脉浸润以及TNM分期相关(P<0.05);MMP-2蛋白在HCC组织、癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为68.1%,39.4%(P<0.05),MMP-2蛋白的表达与肿瘤大小、分化程度、静脉浸润、TNM分期相关(P<0.05)。COX-2与MMP-2同时阳性表达者为25例。结论:COX-2蛋白和MMP-2蛋白在HCC组织中表达上调,并呈正相关(P<0.01),证实COX-2和MMP-2在HCC发生发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the correlation and clinical significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) Methods: The expressions of COX-2 and MMP-2 in 47 cases of HCC and 33 cases of adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive expression rates of COX-2 protein in HCC tissues and paracancerous tissues were 78.7% and 30.3% respectively (P <0.05). The expression of COX-2 protein was correlated with tumor differentiation degree, cirrhosis and venous invasion and TNM stage (P <0.05). The positive expression rates of MMP-2 protein in HCC tissue and paracancer tissues were 68.1% and 39.4% respectively (P <0.05). The correlation between the expression of MMP-2 protein and tumor size, Infiltration, TNM staging (P <0.05). The positive expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 were 25 cases at the same time. CONCLUSION: COX-2 protein and MMP-2 protein are up-regulated in HCC tissues and positively correlate with each other (P <0.01), indicating that COX-2 and MMP-2 play an important role in the development of HCC.
