当前,经济工作中面临的困难和矛盾依然十分突出.一是今年国家继续实行适度从紧的财政货币政策,资金等生产要素偏紧的问题仍然存在;二是市场启动缓慢,竞争更趋激烈;三是企业经济效益不理想,亏损额和亏损面增加,职工就业压力加大,对经济增长和社会稳定带来一定影响.基于这样的经济环境,我认为工业企业的同志除了要以更加高涨的热情、更加旺盛的干劲、更加务实的作风,坚定信心、深化改革、奋力拼搏外,必须在工作中实现三个方面的突破.
