Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a multi-purpose plastic and can be processed by a variety of techniques. Its application covers all areas of the national economy. However, PVC has a disadvantage that it degrades when it is heated. This requires PVC processing. Add some heat stabilizers to slow this degradation. Commonly used thermal stabilizers include lead salts, metals, liquid compound stabilizers, phosphites, and organic tins. Among the many stabilizers, lead salt stabilizers are rich in source, lowest in price, and have good stability. They are the stabilizers with the largest amount of usage. They account for about 65% of the use in China. However, the traditional lead salts are all powdery, their production technologies are backward, their energy consumption is high, toxic lead salt powder is flying, and they pollute the environment.
