目的:优选转输颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:以人参总皂苷,甘草总黄酮及总多糖含量的加权和为定量指标,按正交表L9(34)安排试验,对影响提取效率的4个因素进行考察。结果:优选出的提取工艺为加10倍量30%乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选工艺设计合理、结果稳定,可为转输颗粒的工业化生产提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the optimal extraction process for transfused granules. Methods: According to the weighted sum of total ginsenosides, total flavonoids of licorice and total polysaccharides as the quantitative index, four experiments were conducted according to the orthogonal table L9 (34), and the four factors affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated. Results: The optimal extraction process was adding 10 times the amount of 30% ethanol and extracting 3 times for 1.5 h each. Conclusion: The optimized process design is reasonable and the result is stable, which can provide the theoretical basis for the industrialized production of transfer particles.
