目的:测定了13个不同土壤营养条件下大庆栽培黄芩样品黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,INERTSIL ODS-SP柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以甲醇-磷酸水溶液(47∶53∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm。线性范围0.28~2.8μg,相关系数为0.999 10。平均回收率为98.82%,RSD 2.36%(n=5)。结果:黄芩苷在不同土壤营养条件下的平均含量分别为10.14%,12.65%,15.02%,13.46%,13.38%,16.38%,18.02%,12.49%,16.23%,17.84%,16.40%,14.45%,14.79%。结论:本试验提取方法简便、完全,测定方法准确、快速,重复性好,可以全面控制大庆栽培黄芩的质量。
Objective: To determine the baicalin content of Scutellaria baicalensis in Daqing under 13 different soil nutrient conditions. Methods: The mobile phase was INERTSIL ODS-SP column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-phosphoric acid (47:53:0.2) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The linear range was 0.28 ~ 2.8 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 10. The average recovery was 98.82%, RSD 2.36% (n = 5). Results: The average contents of baicalin under different soil nutrient conditions were 10.14%, 12.65%, 15.02%, 13.46%, 13.38%, 16.38%, 18.02%, 12.49%, 16.23%, 17.84%, 16.40%, 14.45% , 14.79%. Conclusion: The extraction method of this experiment is simple and complete, the method is accurate, rapid and reproducible. It can fully control the quality of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi cultivated in Daqing.
