正常妊娠胎盘床的螺旋动脉(A)发生特有的形态学改变即蜕膜和肌壁内螺旋A肌弹性消失,A直径达800μm,血管阻力降低,血流量增加。许多研究证明子痫前期及其他并发症时缺乏此种生理性改变,而有蜕膜和肌层血管的急性粥样硬化。特发性或继发性高血压患者IUGR与细胞滋养层侵蚀螺旋血管部分或全部缺如,使胎盘血流量减少有关。
The normal morphological changes of the spiral arteries (A) in the placenta accreta in normal pregnancy are the disappearance of the elasticity of the spiral muscle in the decidua and muscular wall, A diameter of 800μm, decreased vascular resistance and increased blood flow. Numerous studies have shown that such a physiological change is absent in preeclampsia and other complications and that there is acute atherosclerosis in decidual and muscular vessels. IUGR in patients with idiopathic or secondary hypertension and cytotrophoblast erosion of some or all of the lack of spiral blood vessels, placental blood flow decreased.
