巨大淋巴血管畸形合并囊内出血并不常见，治疗颇为棘手。2018年11月，郑州大学第三附属医院血管瘤外科诊治1例面、颈部淋巴血管畸形伴囊内出血患儿，男性，11个月。采用电刀（针状消融电极）逐层精细分离，以保护重要血管及神经，手术切除巨大淋巴血管畸形合并囊内出血，获得了较好的效果。术后随访24个月，病变无复发，外观美观。“,”Giant lymphangiovascular malformation combined with intracapsular hemorrhage is not common, and the treatment is quite difficult. In November 2018, a 11 month old boy with intracapsular hemorrhage was diagnosed and treated by hemangioma surgery of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Needle shaped ablation electrode assisted surgery was used to remove giant lymphatic vascular malformation complicated with intracapsular hemorrhage, which achieved a radical cure and achieved good result . After 24 months of follow-up, no recurrence was found.
