“和谐社区”是构建和谐社会的一项重要工程,我国社区建设起步较晚,队伍专业化建设也还没有完全形成,发展相对缓慢。而我国中西部尤其一些老工业基地社区建设起步更晚,缺乏专业化管理。虽然与以前相比,社区各个方面都得到了不同程度的提高,但是仍或多或少的存在着一些问题,需要我们找到合理的对策来改善。 “Harmonious Community ” is an important project to build a harmonious society. In particular, some old industrial bases in the central and western parts of our country started their community construction later and lacked specialized management.
