目的:通过香丹注射液骨折端注射,治疗家兔桡骨中段骨折的实验研究,了解香丹注射液对促进骨折愈合的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:通过手术造成家兔双侧桡骨中段3mm完全缺损的骨折模型,分设香丹组、空白组、对照组,分别予以香丹注射液、生理盐水骨折端注射、伤科接骨片灌胃。从生物力学测试骨折处方面进行研究。结果:8d时,香丹组血肿吸收明显,骨折端肿胀明显减轻,改善骨折端血运。15d时香丹组骨愈合尚无明显优势。22d时香丹组和对照组骨愈合情况已无明显差别。31d时香丹组优于对照组,2组均明显优于空白组。结论:香丹注射液在骨折中后期具有明显促进骨折愈合的作用,其特点是改善骨折局部血循环;增加细胞数量,促进细胞分化、成熟;加速胶原形成和钙盐沉积,提高骨痂质量,增强骨的强度。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Xiangdan injection on healing of fractures of rabbits and to explore the mechanism of action. METHODS: The fracture models of the rabbits’ bilateral fractures of the middle humerus were made by surgery. The fractures were divided into Xiangdan group, blank group and control group. They were injected with Xiangdan injection, normal saline injection at the fracture end, and traumatic bone graft. The biomechanical test of the fracture site was performed. Results: On the 8th day, the hematoma absorption in Xiangdan group was obvious, the swelling at the fracture end was significantly relieved, and the blood supply at the fracture end was improved. There was no obvious advantage in bone healing in Xiangdan group on 15d. There was no significant difference in bone healing between Xiangdan group and control group on 22d. The Xiangdan group was superior to the control group on the 31d, and both groups were significantly better than the blank group. Conclusion: Xiangdan injection has a significant role in promoting fracture healing in the middle and late fractures. It is characterized by improved blood circulation in fractures; increased cell number, promoted cell differentiation and maturation; accelerated collagen formation and deposition of calcium salts; improved bone callus quality; The strength of bone.
