Structure and magnetic properties of the YFe12-x Tix compounds with x=0.85, 1.00, 1.10, 1.20 and 1.30 have been investigated. Both the thermomagnetic analysis and X-ray diffraction patterns show that all compounds Btudied are almost single phase and crystallize in the ThMn12-type of structure. The lattice parameters a, c and unit cell volume V increase monotonously with increasing Ti content. Curie temperature Tc is almost independent on Ti content while the spontaneous magnetization Mo, the anisotropy field B. and the anisotropy constant K1 decrease monotonously with increasing Ti content and increasing temperature from1.5K to 293K.
