本文研究了盐浴软氮化和气体软氮化后再加热淬火复合热处理对钢锯条的强化作用,以取代手用钢锯条生产中的氰盐浴加热淬火。试验结果表明,经复合处理的锯条具有良好的强韧性、锋利性和耐磨性,锯切性能达到氰盐浴处理锯条的水平。采用复合处理工艺取代手用钢锯条生产中的氰盐浴加热淬火,在消除氰盐毒害的同时还能大幅度降低生产成本,获得显著的经济效益。
In this paper, the reinforcement of hacksaw blades by heating and quenching combined with gas nitrocarburizing and soft nitriding of salt bath is studied to replace the heating and quenching of cyanide salt bath in the production of hacksaw blades. The test results show that the composite saw blade has good toughness, sharpness and wear resistance, sawing performance reaches the level of cyanide salt bath treatment saw blade. The compound treatment process replaces the hand-made hacksaw bar in the production of cyanide salt bath for heating and quenching, which can greatly reduce the production cost while eliminating the cyanide poisoning and obtain significant economic benefits.
