目的了解2014年荆门市食品食源性致病菌污染状,为发现食品安全隐患和监督执法提供依据。方法抽检荆门市477份食品,利用国家标准方法进行食源性致病菌检测。结果 2014年荆门市食源性致病菌检出率为31.9%,其中常规监测样品阳性率为10.0%,水产品弧菌专项阳性率为35.3%。常规监测中婴幼儿配方奶粉检出率最高,其次为外卖配送餐、冷冻肉糜制品和学生餐,差异有统计学意义(=1.068,P<0.001)。水产品弧菌专项副溶血性弧菌在淡水产品和海水产品中的检出率均最高。结论荆门市市售食品有较高的致病菌检出率,食品监管部门应加强上述食品特别是水产品的安全监管。
Objective To understand the pollution status of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in Jingmen City in 2014 and provide the basis for discovering food safety hazards and supervising and enforcing the law. Methods 477 food samples of Jingmen City were sampled and tested for food-borne pathogens using the national standard method. Results The detection rate of food-borne pathogens in Jingmen City was 31.9% in 2014, of which the positive rate of routine monitoring samples was 10.0%, and the positive rate of vibrios in aquatic products was 35.3%. Routine monitoring of infant formula milk powder detection rate was highest, followed by take-away delivery meals, frozen meat products and student meals, the difference was statistically significant (= 1.068, P <0.001). Vibrio aquaculture special Vibrio parahaemolyticus in freshwater products and sea products in the highest detection rate. Conclusion Jingmen City, the sale of food has a higher detection rate of pathogens, food regulatory authorities should strengthen the safety of food especially aquatic products.
