目的:观察纳米胶原基骨治疗牙周病骨缺损的临床疗效。方法:将84例牙周炎伴随直骨吸收患者随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。两组患者均进行牙周翻瓣术,观察组患者在牙周病骨缺损区域植入纳米胶原基骨,对照组患者植入Bio-Oss多孔骨,对比分析两组患者术前和术后6个月、12个月的牙周指数。结果:术后6、12个月牙周带深度、附着丧失、牙龈指数较术前明显减少,差异具有显著性(p<0.05);观察组所应用纳米胶原基骨价格为350元,对照组所应用Bio-Oss多孔骨价格为970元,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:纳米胶原基骨治疗牙病骨缺损的临床效果与Bio-Oss多孔骨相当,所需费用显著低于Bio-Oss多孔骨,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of nano-collagen bone in the treatment of periodontal bone defect. Methods: Eighty-four patients with periodontitis with orthodontic bone resorption were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with periodontal flap surgery. Patients in the observation group were implanted with nano-collagen bone in the area of periodontal bone defects, while those in the control group were implanted with porous Bio-Oss. Comparisons were made between the two groups before and after surgery Month, 12 months periodontal index. Results: The periodontal ligament depth, attachment loss and gingival index were significantly decreased at 6 and 12 months postoperatively, with significant difference (p <0.05). The price of nano-collagen bone in observation group was 350 yuan, while in control group Bio-Oss porous bone price of 970 yuan, P <0.05, with statistical significance. CONCLUSION: The clinical effect of nano-collagen-based bone in the treatment of dental defects is comparable with that of Bio-Oss porous bone, and the cost is much lower than that of Bio-Oss porous bone, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
