目的探讨超高龄老人白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效及并发症特点。方法62例（62眼）80岁以上老人行白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术。对术后视力及并发症进行分析。结果脱盲率为85．96％，脱残率为43．55％，严重葡萄膜反应8眼，前房出血7眼，角膜内皮失代偿2眼，角膜缘切口裂开1眼。结论超高龄老人白内障术后视力预后相对较差，并发症相对较多，手术有一定风险。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and complications of elderly patients with senile cataract combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods Sixty-two patients (62 eyes) under 80 years of age underwent extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation. Postoperative visual acuity and complications were analyzed. Results The rate of blindness was 85.96%, the remnant rate was 43.55%. There were 8 cases of severe uveal reaction, 7 cases of anterior chamber hemorrhage, 2 cases of corneal endothelium decompensation and 1 case of limbal incision. Conclusion The prognosis of post-cataract surgery in elderly patients with relatively advanced age is relatively poor, and the complication is relatively high. There is a certain risk of surgery.
