上程水电站可行性研究阶段的施工组织设计,主要研究了该土石坝施工导流布置、坝体填筑规划、地下引水发电系统施工规划等技术问题。工程采用河床一次断流、土石围堰挡水、隧洞导流、主体工程全年施工方式,施工组织设计中还对料场选择与开采、主体工程施工、施工总布置及对外交通等进行设计研究。 The construction organization and design of the feasibility study stage of Shangcheng Hydropower Station mainly studied the technical problems such as the diversion layout of the earth-rock dam, the planning of dam filling and the construction planning of underground water diversion and power generation system.
