随着日益激烈的市场竞争,企业竞争也进入了一个新的阶段。但仍有一部分企业并未认识到形势的严峻,没能够建立完善的培训系统,导致企业员工素质无法得到迅速提升,直接影响企业效益,在竞争中失去优势。本文从现代企业培训的现状出发,阐述了如何创新企业培训的几点建议,以期对提升员工整体素质和促进企业经营活动发展提供一定的帮助。
With the increasingly fierce market competition, business competition has entered a new stage. However, some enterprises still do not realize the severe situation and fail to establish a sound training system. As a result, the quality of their employees can not be rapidly improved, which directly affects their efficiency and loses their competitive edge. Based on the current situation of modern enterprise training, this article elaborates some suggestions on how to innovate enterprise training so as to provide some help to enhance the overall quality of employees and promote the development of business operations.
