采用室内培养皿发芽法和电导法,对贮藏1~7年新麦草种子的生活力进行了测定。结果表明:室温下贮藏1年种子的发芽率(势)很高,不存在休眠问题。随着贮藏年限延长,种子发芽率(势)、简化活力指数(GW)均显著降低。其中,贮藏4年以上种子的发芽率低于50%,不宜作为播种用;贮藏7年的种子基本上丧失了生活力。种子外渗电导率随贮藏年限延长而增加,它是种子细胞膜受害的表现并与种子活力呈负相关。
The viability of Pulsatilla chinensis seeds stored for 1 to 7 years was determined by indoor petri dish germination method and conductivity method. The results showed that the germination rate (potential) of seeds stored at room temperature for one year was very high, and there was no dormancy problem. With the prolongation of storage life, the seed germination rate (potential) and simplified viability index (GW) decreased significantly. Among them, the germination rate of seeds stored for more than 4 years was less than 50%, which should not be used as sowing seeds. The seeds stored for 7 years basically lost their viability. The extravasation conductivity of seed increased with the extension of storage period, which was the manifestation of seed cell membrane damage and negatively correlated with seed vigor.
