Johnson等(1981)报道叶色等级与叶绿素的含量有关,对于叶绿素含量、干物质生产、光合作用和叶的比重等指标,叶色淡的品种都要低于叶色深的品种。但有关小麦突变体叶色等级和叶绿素含量与籽粒产量关系的报道很少。本试验旨在确定物理和化学诱变剂诱发的小麦突变体中叶绿素含量的变化及其与籽粒产量之间的关系。
Johnson et al. (1981) reported that leaf color gradation is related to chlorophyll content. For chlorophyll content, dry matter production, photosynthesis and leaf specific gravity, the leaf color of the varieties should be lower than that of the leaf color. However, few reports were made on the relationship between leaf color level and chlorophyll content of wheat mutants and grain yield. The aim of this experiment was to determine the changes in chlorophyll content in wheat mutants induced by physical and chemical mutagens and their relationship to grain yield.
