通过对激光二极管端面抽运板条介质工作特点的分析,从热传导方程出发,对端面抽运、传导冷却的板条介质的温度场和热应力进行了理论计算。然后,基于IAS-CAD软件的有限元分析(FEA),分别对单一板条和复合板条的温度场和热应力分布进行了数值模拟。通过模拟结果可知,采用复合结构板条介质不仅大幅降低了晶体的温度值,减小了温度分布不均匀性,还大大降低了热应力,从而能有效地减轻了板条介质的热效应。
Based on the analysis of laser diode end pumped slab media operating characteristics, starting from the heat conduction equation, the temperature field and thermal stress of the end pumped and conductive slab media are theoretically calculated. Then, based on the finite element analysis (FEA) of IAS-CAD software, the temperature field and thermal stress distribution of single lath and composite lath were numerically simulated. The simulation results show that the composite slab media not only greatly reduces the temperature of the crystal, reduces the temperature distribution unevenness, but also greatly reduces the thermal stress, which can effectively reduce the slab media thermal effect.
