以取代水杨醛为消旋催化剂,通过加入手性助剂,实现了苯甘氨酰胺结晶诱导的动态动力学拆分.在优化条件下,单程收率达82%以上,光学纯度达99%ee.手性助剂可以回收,含消旋催化剂的母液可以循环套用,三次套用的平均收率高达99%,光学纯度>99%ee.
In order to replace the salicylaldehyde as the racemization catalyst, through the addition of chiral auxiliaries, dynamic kinetic resolution of the crystallization of phenylglycinamide was achieved.Under the optimal conditions, the yield of one pass was more than 82% and the optical purity was 99% ee. Chiral auxiliaries can be recycled. The mother liquor containing the racemization catalyst can be recycled. The average yield for three runs is up to 99% and the optical purity is> 99% ee.
